The HOMEPLACE assisted living communities were first founded by the Tallman family beginning in Mondovi, WI. in 1999. The HOMEPLACE of Dorchester includes fourteen one-bedroom apartments where tenants receive healthcare assistance in addition to all meals, housekeeping, and program services.

Simply Care Option is an RCAC assisted living with lower levels of assistance, and contracted cares as needed.
